The City has also recently worked with several firms to complete market analyses for various parts of the community.  These include:

• UW-Extension completed a Downtown La Crosse Retail Market Analysis in partnership with the City of La Crosse, Downtown Mainstreet Inc. and the UW-La Crosse Small Business Development Center.

• The La Crosse Transit Center.  LSA Design Inc. reviewed the market in Downtown La Crosse for retail, office and residential uses associated with the City’s proposed Transit Center.

• The Park Plaza Redevelopment Site.  Hunter Interests Inc. reviewed the market in Downtown La Crosse for hospitality and residential uses associated with the City's Park Plaza Redevelopment Site.

• The La Crosse Community Arts Complex.  Artspace Projects Inc. conducted a feasibility study for a possible new home for the La Crosse Community Theatre and other artists spaces including residential.
